After Mr. White tells Bond (Daniel Craig) that his organization, Quantum, has agents slipped into the British government and the CIA, leading Bond to Haiti, where he met Camille (Olga Kurylenko), who then helped him find Dominic Greene (Mathieu Amalric) , Quantum guise of enterprise IT leaders named Greene Planet. Greene beniat using his contacts in the government of Bolivia to overthrow the ruler of the country and replace it with the exiled General Medrano being. In return Medrano will give a plot of land that looks barren, but in fact determines the country's water supply. Bond venturing from Austria to North America plans to dismantle the Greene, while avoiding the CIA, terrorists and M (Judi Dench), while he must also refrain from revenge of the death of Vesper Lynd.
